hot hot hot
argh it sucks being sick..having fever now..so hot!!! but everything i touch is so cold BRr... really strange feeling.. i missed dance sigh..hope i can learn the steps..wonder if i'll even be inside the performance... :(
jus thinking about my gym days after watching some video of the competition..super fun and cool things we did back then.. all the routines we had to learn and perfect..its a miracle we even managed to do la eg we had to throw a club in the air, do a split jump and "deer" jump and catch it...imagine how high the club had to be thrown.. then there was the ball step, had to bounce a ball, do a forward roll, and catch it with our legs..this is one of the many difficult steps we had to practise..hours and hours of training..could be pretty frustrating when u cant do it even after so long..but it was fun and i really miss doing those "dangerous" stunts..still remember when my friend couldnt catch the club cuz the light was shining into her eye and it hit her head..ouch..it was disgusting la.. she had to be sent to hospital..glad shes ok now..
ooo then there was the ribbon so nice la! super fun to dance with it but it keeps tangling up...and mines got a gradient of blue woot nice man haha but when i dance with it..diff story..haha think im too rushed..always am..so it looks like im super nervous and i guess i am...really dunno how the choreographers think up all these crazy steps for us to do..oh ya the hoop ending..we had to throw the hoop in the air and catch it with our legs..phew...in sec 2 we had the rope event and we had to go over on our toes and fall to our knees ouchie.. but the effect is darn nice...ooo we've also been tortured for 4 years haha by doing splits and cracking of backs...for splits we had to place our leg on a raised platform and go down...actually after a while it can be quite shiok ..seriously..and the split jump will be super gorgeous oh and not forgetting the conditioning we had to do after training which was mostly stomach muscle related-v ups and stuff like pe now eg the push up position thingy but our feet were supposed to be pointed for gym instead of the pe one where the toes are tip toeing..then the 30 degrees up with leg kicking up down and then side to side 30 times each yep really miss those days of gymnastics..dont think there;ll ever be a need for me to go back to it unless i want to learn it again well..guess i should go rest now..burning....sss... bye bye bloggie
